Creating Payment Link
To efficiently request a payment from a client, simply click the money icon situated at the bottom left corner of the message box within your active conversation. Upon clicking the icon, a popup window will emerge, allowing you to input the necessary payment request information. This streamlined process ensures that payment requests are made promptly and with ease.

ADD ITEMS
In this section, you have the opportunity to include the specific product or service for which the invoice is being generated. By providing these details, you ensure clear and accurate billing information, making it easier for your clients to understand the charges and process the payment accordingly.

ADD PRICE
In this designated area, you can input the cost associated with your product or service. By including this essential information, you provide transparency and facilitate a smooth transaction process for your clients, enabling them to clearly understand the charges they are incurring.

ADD MORE ITEMS
If you have more than one product or service you are requesting payment for, click on the + Add an Item button under where you typed in the item and price. You will see another box show for you to add the item name and price. Repeat this process for all the products and services you are requesting payment for at this time.

DELETING ITEM
You can delete an item that you have added to the invoice by clicking on the big red X button to the right of the item you would like to delete. Make sure you want to complete this action, as it cannot be undone.

PAYMENT REQUEST TOTAL
After including all the necessary items in the invoice, it is crucial to verify the total amount being requested from your client. This step helps ensure accuracy in billing and fosters trust between you and your customers by presenting a clear and precise summary of the charges they are expected to pay.

INVOICE DUE DATE
You can set a due date for the invoice by clicking on the box that says Select date under Invoice Due Date. A calendar will appear and you can choose the date you would like the payment to be due.

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
Under the invoice due date, you select the blue Additional Options button. This will show additional options you have with respect to the invoice.

PAYMENT MODE
You have the option to select the payment mode as either Test or Live by utilizing the provided toggle switch. After choosing your preferred mode, ensure that you save the changes to apply them. This feature allows you to verify the functionality of the payment process in a test environment before deploying it in a live setting, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.

GENERATE LINK
Click on the “Copy link and mark as sent” button to generate the link for both Email and SMS payment requests.

PREVIEW
If you want to view the quick invoice you just created, to see what it will look like when your client receives it, click on the preview button which will direct you to another web tab to preview the invoice.


Invoice Link For SMS
This link is intended for sharing with your client via Google My Business (GMB) or SMS chat. To verify that the link is functioning properly, copy and paste the link into your web browser or send it via SMS to yourself as a test. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for your clients when they proceed with the payment process.

Invoice Link For Email
If you have also opted for email as an additional communication method, your client will receive the payment link through their Email. To verify that the link is functioning properly, copy and paste the link into your Email and send it to the demo account as a test. This ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience for your clients when they proceed with the payment process.
