FORWARDING ADDRESS
In Email Services, you can set up a forwarding email address to receive emails that you would like to forward to a specific location. You’ll receive email replies not only in the Conversation view but also in your personal email inbox. However, when you reply to the leads’ email in your inbox outside of the CRM, your reply will not sync back to your CRM.
This feature streamlines email communication, enabling you to manage emails efficiently and effectively by forwarding them to a designated location. By setting up a forwarding email address, you can ensure that all necessary parties receive and respond to your emails promptly.

BCC EMAILS
BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) allows you to send a copy of your email to a receiver without including their email in the main recipient list. BCC emails are effective for keeping records of sent emails, keeping multiple parties informed, and sending copies to yourself for record-keeping purposes.

It blind-copies all email sent out
FORWARD TO THE ASSIGNED USER
With the Forward to Assigned User toggle, when a lead is assigned to a user in the CRM, the assigned user will receive email replies directly in their user email. This feature streamlines communication and enables users to manage email conversations effortlessly from within their CRM account.
Using the forward assigned user feature ensures that users are consistently up-to-date on communication with their assigned leads. As a result, users can respond to leads promptly and efficiently, resulting in higher engagement and conversion rates.
