Email “Action Menu” Section
Once you’ve created your email template, executing a test send is essential to verify that everything is in the right place. You can easily send a test email to yourself or a team member by clicking the Send Test Email button in the screen’s top right corner.\
Performing a test send helps ensure that your email template is optimized for maximum functionality and that everything appears as intended. Use this feature to catch any errors or formatting issues and make necessary adjustments before sending it to your target audience.
SEND TEST EMAIL
To send a test email, click on the Send Test Email button in the screen’s top right corner.

After clicking, a drop-down menu will appear, where you can enter the following details – From address (you can enter a demo email here), To address (recipient’s address, which can be your own or your team’s), and Email subject.
1.From address (you can enter any demo email here).
2.To address (Recipients address; since this is a test mail, enter your own or that of your team).
3.Email Subject (This is the body of the message you will be sending)
4.Click to send a test Email
Fill in the above details and send yourself the test mail. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, you can send the mail to recipients.
PREVIEW TEMPLATE
This section allows you to preview your template before sending it out. It directs you to preview the template in a Desktop, Tablet, or mobile view.


SEE VERSION HISTORY
Click on this option to view all the versions of the templates you’ve made, especially when you want to compare the changes you made.


SETTINGS
Before getting started, you might want to head over to the Settings tab by clicking on the 3-dot menu at the upper right corner of the screen to set up and customize things like your “From Name,” “From Address,” and “Subject line” of your email and even add the “Preview” text which is displayed in some of the email clients like Gmail.

In this section, you can control the default settings of your email templates. As shown in the image below, these six things comprise your default settings for any email template you build.
