Refund actions processed from a sub-account will now be available under


[Payments] Track audit logs for refunds

  • Refund actions processed from a sub-account will now be available under

    Settings -> Audit Logs

  • Logs will capture all failed as well as successful full/partial refunds processed within a sub-account

  • This will make it easy to keep track of any amount that was refunded back to the customers and the user who refunded it

  • The details will capture the refund status, notes, the business user who performed the refund, type of refund along with other details
